The %windir%SoftwareDistributionDownload folder is automatically maintained by the WUAgent. On the off-chance that the Datastore and the Download folder get de-synchronized, it may be necessary one-time-only to delete any content in the Download folder that is over 10 days old.  Il est possible de supprimer les sous-répertoires et les fichiers créés il y a plus de 10 jours

Que se passe-t-il pendant que windows indique "Bienvenue" (ou "Welcome") ? Pour le savoir, il faut basculer en mode verbose : Dans la base de registre, ajouter la clé VerboseStatus = 1 (DWord) à cet emplacement :

Par défaut Windows 7 attend de 30 à 45 secondes que le réseau soit opérationnel avant lancer des opérations qui touchent par exemple les profils distants ("User profile service" en mode verbose). Sur des réseaux récents, cette attente est trop longue. Pour la modifier : Ouvrez l'éditeur de stratégie
computer configuration > Administrative Templates > System > User Profile
modifier la stratégie "set maximum wait time for the network if a user has a roaming user profile or remote home directory"
enabled > "3s"
